At Rankingsoul, we aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are requested. Below are the guidelines for handling such requests.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered if Rankingsoul is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Contact@rankingsoul.com.
1.2 Non-Refundable Services
- Any service that has been completed or partially completed is non-refundable.
- One-time fees, such as setup fees, consultation fees, or initial deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
1.3 Refund Request Process
- The client must submit a written refund request within 14 days of the issue arising.
- Rankingsoul will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and may be subject to deductions for completed work or third-party fees incurred during service delivery.
1.4 Partial Refunds
- In cases where partial work has been completed, Rankingsoul may issue a partial refund based on the work delivered and the remaining scope.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing 14 days’ written notice via email.
- Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
2.2 Rankingsoul-Initiated Cancellations
- Rankingsoul reserves the right to terminate services in the event of:
- Breach of the Terms and Conditions by the client.
- Non-payment or late payment of invoices.
- Actions by the client that harm Rankingsoul\u2019s reputation, employees, or operations.
- In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and any outstanding balances for work completed will remain payable.
2.3 Cancellation of Subscription-Based Services
- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
3. No Guarantee on Results
- Rankingsoul strives to provide the best possible results through our services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic increases, or conversions, as they depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, market trends, or user behavior).
- Refunds or cancellations cannot be requested based solely on unmet expectations of results.
4. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to reach a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
